All of Aeroseal’s new construction projects are closely monitored to ensure our high expectations are upheld. But we do not only monitor our projects for ourselves. In order to ensure the project moves smoothly, we keep you up-to-date on all of the progress and project changes that have to take place. We have worked with many construction companies and have found that the more cooperation between the installation companies, the better.
New Construction Doors Installation Process
Aeroseal’s new construction doors are custom-built to meet your specifications. If you do not yet know the specifications of your doors, we can work with the head architect to figure it out. Sometimes the installation process can be confusing, but we want to ensure your property has the detail and attention it deserves. Our new construction doors installation process (from start to finish) is as follows:
- The contract is set up and we set cost and deadline estimates.
- We sit down with you and decide which doors you would like (materials, style, color, etc.)
- We sit down with you and your architect to see where the doors will go and finalize dimensions, style, and deadlines.
- The order is placed for the doors.
- We’ll double-check the order and ensure the doors meet both of our standards.
- Installation of the doors commences.
- Any additional demands or requests will be carried through.
Aeroseal is fully-equipped to handle projects of any size. New construction doors are available as interior and exterior designs and can be individually customized to meet your preferences. For example, your front entrance door will likely be of a different style and size than the rest of the building. Any problems, concerns, or general changes can be accounted for, but the sooner we know about them the better. The different material options we offer for new construction doors include:
