As the on-site building manager for High Pointe Condominiums High Rise, located in Alexandria, Virginia, I can say that replacing the old single pane aluminum sliding windows with the new Northern Building Products 4002 Sliding windows has made a significant difference to the comfort of our unit owners. Our units are individually metered and while I can’t give specifics cost savings information, I can say the management office has received many compliments from owners on the styling of the windows and how much quieter and cooler the building has been than in years past. Aeroseal was a pleasure to work with throughout the development and construction of this project. Prior to being under contract they went out of their way to ensure that management and the board of directors had all the information that they needed to make a decision, including installing a full sized mock up free of charge. This service was invaluable because it allowed the management to slightly tweak the final product prior to going to contract. The product they delivered was exactly as advertised. They worked around the tough conditions of replacing windows in occupied units very smoothly. The windows were all replaced on time and with a high level of quality. They also represented an excellent value when compared to their competition. By getting them involved early in the process they were able to save the association a good amount of money. I would highly recommend working with Aeroseal. They are most definitely a top-notch window and glazing contractor.
